Krav Maga is a self-defense discipline developed for the Israeli military that combines integrated techniques found in boxing, martial arts, wrestling and grappling with realistic street fighting. Krav Maga is instinct-based, so the techniques are performed naturally under stress. This hand-to-hand combat system is designed so that anyone, regardless of his or her physical stature or fitness, can defend against a personal physical attack.
Studying with Texas Krav Maga is not about making you tough so you can pick a fight. The goal of our programs is to provide you the tools – and confidence – to protect yourself and your family in any life-threatening situation. While fitness is not the primary goal of Krav Maga, it is a benefit due to the intensity of the training and techniques.
